What is AromaTouch?
      The AromaTouch Technique is an essential oil application technique by Dr. David K. Hill, an expert in the science and use of essential oils. Dr. Hill selected eight individual oils and oil blends that have demonstrated profound effects on four conditions that constantly challenge the ability of the body's systems to function optimally; stress, increased toxin levels, inflammation , and automatic nervous system imbalance. Dr. Hill developed his system of simple application method with these eight oils and this is AromaTouch Technique.

Where can toxins come from?
      They can come from many different sources, including chemical-laden foods, pollution in the air, water and pathogenic microorganisms that invade the body. 

• Inflammation: Too much inflammation in the body can actually further injure the surrounding tissues and can cause debilitating levels of pain in the body.
• ​Autonomic Imbalance: The autonomic system is divided into two parts the sympathetic nervous system and the para-sympathetic nervous system. Maintaining proper balance within the autonomic nervous system is important for optimal health. 
• Stress: Stress comes not only from difficulty and pressured circumstances, but also from the body being challenged to cope with things such as abnormal physical exertion, a lack of proper nutrients, disease-causing micro organisms and toxic chemicals that make their way into the body.
• Toxic Insult: The body is constantly working to cope with a vast array of toxins that constantly bombard it.​​
