In my life coaching business the addictions that I mostly encounter with my clients are just as self-sabotaging as the ones mentioned above. Addictions such as, being in toxic relationships that are romantic or non-romantic in nature, overspending on non-surgical body altering procedures and individuals seeking external approval, validation or recognition.
